Why don't you charge per user?
Because per-seat pricing punishes collaboration. Bring your whole team, your accountant, your auditor, your advisor — at no extra cost. You pay for the work that gets done, not the people logging in.
What counts as an AI token?
1 token ≈ 4 characters ≈ ¾ of a word. AI tokens measure the amount of information processed by Zablen’s AI. When you interact with Zablen, tokens are used for both the information sent to the AI and the response it generates.
What happens when I run out of included usage?
Nothing stops working. If you exceed the usage included with your plan, you can continue using Zablen and the additional usage will be billed at the overage rates published for your plan. If your usage regularly exceeds your allowance, you can upgrade to a higher plan for more included usage and lower overage rates.
Can I switch editions later?
Yes. Every Zablen edition gives you access to the same core software—the primary differences are pricing, included usage, and overage rates.
You can change editions at any time. Your current edition will remain active through the end of your billing cycle, and your new edition and pricing will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
How does the yearly plan work?
Choosing yearly billing gives you a discount on Zablen’s platform fee by committing to the plan for a full year.
Each month, your included usage is applied first, and any usage above your allowance is billed at your plan’s published overage rates.
