Do we need middleware?
Usually not. Zablen is designed to connect directly to external applications through their APIs, eliminating the need for a separate middleware platform in many cases.
Middleware can still be useful during a phased transition or in unusually complex environments, but when a direct integration is practical, it is generally simpler to operate and maintain.
Can Zablen AI build an integration for us?

What makes an integration simple or complex?
The biggest factor is usually how much information and business logic must stay synchronized between two systems.
