Why per-seat pricing is dead
How we built a pricing model that doesn't punish you for bringing the team into the room.
The team tax
Every SaaS buyer knows the moment: you want to add three more people to a tool, and the invoice jumps by hundreds of dollars a month. Per-seat pricing charges you for access, not for value delivered — and it actively discourages the behavior that makes software useful: getting more people to use it.
Pricing for outcomes, not logins
We built Zablen's pricing around the work that actually gets done — approvals processed, invoices reconciled, reports generated — rather than the number of people who happen to have a login. Finance can invite the whole ops team to review a close without anyone flinching at the bill.
The result is a pricing model that scales with the value you get from Zablen, not with how many people you're willing to squeeze onto one shared login to save money.
